The National Council for Eurasian and East European Research welcomes applications to its 2025 Title VIII competitions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Title VIII National Research Competition (PhD holders, US citizens only) provides funding of up to $20,000 for individual projects and $40,000 for collaborative projects on issues relevant to current US foreign policy within the Title VIII eligible regions (please see www.nceeer.org<\/a> for eligible countries).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Title VIII Short Term Research Grant Competition (PhD holders, US citizens only) provides funding of up to $2,500 to support short research stays in Title VIII eligible regions on topics relevant to current US foreign policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Title VIII Dissertation Completion Grant (US citizens only) provides funding of up to $20,000 to complete the final 9-12 months of dissertation work for scholars in US PhD granting-institutions on topics relevant to current US foreign policy within the Title VIII eligible regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
