Travelers to the South Caucasus return with wonderful tales of amazing foods, from simple fruits and vegetables purchased at roadside stands, to fresh breads available all day at the corner bakery, to elaborate multi-course meals at celebrations. The unique and flavorful cuisine of this region has caught the attention of cooking magazines, such as Saveur, and cookbook authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
