2022 Dumbarton Oaks/HMML Summer Schoolclosed

Program: In partnership with Dumbarton Oaks, HMML will host an intensive four-week intermediate level course in the Classical Armenian language and paleography in the summer of 2022. This course is intended for doctoral students or recent PhDs who can demonstrate a need for Classical Armenian in their research. Priority is given to students who lack opportunities to continue studying Armenian at their own institutions.

Venice Summer Program, Italyclosed
By attending the Summer Intensive Course the participants have the opportunity to be brought into close contact with the Armenian language and Armenian culture, with particular attention to its Western variant. The course is based on a 65-hour program with four levels (absolute beginners, intermediate, proficient, advanced/mother tongue). Since 2010 there has also been added the possibility of attending lessons in Eastern Armenian, basically in phonology, orthography, and grammar. The lessons in Eastern Armenian are taught to those participants who already have a basic command of the language.

American University of Armenia (AUA) Open Education

The Elementary Eastern Armenian course is a 48 hour eight-week intensive program. The Elementary Eastern Armenian course is designed for everyone who wants to learn Eastern Armenian at a beginner level. Tumanyan Online
