Susan Marukhyan is a public relations and public education specialist based in Yerevan, Armenia. She had graduated from Yerevan State Language University after V. Brusov in 1994. Later she studied in the department of International Relations and European Studies in Central European University (1996-1997). Since 1994 she has worked in different foreign and international organizations in the spheres of management and administration, public and media relations and communication, research, translation and publishing. 2002-2010 she headed the CoE Information Office in Armenia. In 2011-2012 she participated in Diplo courses on Internet Governance.

ARISC Armenia Branch 

The ARISC Armenia Branch ensures ARISC a permanent presence in Armenia. It serves as a hub where visiting scholars to Armenia can meet, seek logistical support, have access to a computer with internet and printing facility.
