Our goal is to provide an online space to help build and maintain the vibrant community of scholarship of the South Caucasus. Facilitating research and nurturing ties between scholars are key components of ARISC’s mission, and communication is important to both of those objectives. We would like to set out a short code of conduct, to help keep the forum running smoothly.

-Please be courteous and respectful. Reading words on a screen may seem impersonal, but there is a fellow scholar behind them. Don’t spam, poke fun of, yell at, flame or otherwise harass your colleagues.

-Like with any academic medium, cite your sources and don’t steal.

-This forum is moderated, and while we heartily encourage the open expression of ideas, comments or threads found to be antithetical to the goal of a community of scholarship may be removed.
